Kanye West Spotted Wearin' Some "High-Water" Shorts

Woe! Kanye West has always been known to push the limit with fashion, but I have to admit that this dude gave me a good laugh with this stunt, LOL! Yeezy was spotted at Lanvin Fashion Show in Paris rockin' some shorts above the knee and a scarf! It's hard to tell if the man was hot or cold.

What's even sadder is that this will probably be the next summer fashion fad!
