BET has announced the nominees and performers for the upcoming BET Awards 2008! The announcement went down live on BET's 106 and Park, which included appearances from Usher, Lil Wayne, Mary J. Blige, and Nelly. These artists have also confirmed that they will perform during the BET Awards 2008!
